The mirror finish of Mr. Ikeda's blue steel # 1 is different from the mirror
finish of white steel # 1, and some sharpening marks remain.
Also, you can see small grain-like dots around Hamon, which is a
characteristic of Mr. Ikeda's blue steel # 1 knife.

We waited a year for this work to be delivered.
