Notice Kiritsuke Yanagiba Shirogami-1 (WS#1) Mizu Honyaki 330mm Mt.Fuji and Moon Surface Mirror By Ikeda Yoshikazu has zero inventory and cannot be added to the cart

Please add it to your kitchen knife collection.
We waited a year for this work to be delivered.
It is a work of traditional craftsman Yoshikazu Ikeda.
His products are very difficult to find, even in Japan.
Also this knife was made one side mirror finishing with Mt.Fuji wave (hamon)
and full moon on front side.

*The back is intentionally not on the mirror surface so that the cut food can be easily
separated from the back of the kitchen knife.
*It looks rainbow-colored because it is coated with rust-proof liquid vinyl.
We ship with a cream that can easily wipe off this rust inhibitor.
Or, if you would like to wipe at our shop before shipping, please state in
the comment on the checkout page that you want to wipe.  Instead,
we ship with oil that prevents rust.
