Please add it to your kitchen knife collection.
Genkai Masakuni(Real name: Yoneo Mukai) is currently one of the few craftsmen
who can make Mizu honyaki (Water quenching) knives.
He trains in Sakai and then forges in his local Saga prefecture, but all his sharpeners
are craftsmen of Sakai city Osaka .
It is said that he will soon retire, so it will be more difficult to obtain his kitchen knife in the future.
We think it is a very attractive product for investment.
If possible, we recommend that you sharpen with a natural whetstone.
