It is a work of traditional craftsman Yoshikazu Ikeda.

The  name of engraved is Shinpei Ino, a sharpener of traditional craftsmen.
Ikeda's  products are very difficult to find, even in Japan.

This knife is water quenching  but Mr.Ikeda stopped water quenching method in 2019.
Therefore, his water quenching products are very rare now.
