This Deba knife is a product that combines rust-resistant and sharp
silver three (Gin3) steel and stainless soft iron.
The Mioroshi knife is commonly called the Sashimi Deba knife,
and is a cooking knife used primarily for fish dishes. It can be used to
fillet fish, cut into chunks, and also to cut sashimi, so one knife can be
used for both deba and sashimi (like a Yanagiba).
